Refund policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR THE BLANK CANVAS COMPANY
Please carefully read our Refunds and Exchanges policy prior to purchasing any item:
- Canvases: Due to the handmade nature of my original canvases, we do not accept full refunds or exchanges on original canvases.
- Prints, Greeting Cards and Stickers: Refunds and exchanges on prints and greeting cards will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase of your product. The artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received in. Please note that the return shipping label is NOT paid for by Company.
- Terracotta Planters: Due to the handmade nature of my original painted terracotta planters, they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Terracotta planters are extremely fragile and may be harmed if packaged up improperly by a buyer.
You agree and acknowledge that any items shipped to Company for the purpose of returns or exchanges outside of the 30-day window shall not be accepted by Company.
Custom Canvases
Due to the hand-made nature of my custom canvases, full refunds are not available once I begin creating your product. If we have begun the design process, refunds will be determined based on the amount of work that has been put in. If a refund is requested based on the failure to acknowledge anything in the terms and conditions, no more than a 50% refund of the full quote will be provided.
Sale items and all items listed as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All items are required to be return in its original condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. Company is not responsible for any damages or loss of items which may occur.
